Part of the talents of being Australian is the innate ability to be able to repair things on the fly in a somewhat ad hoc manner. ¬†Be it a pair of pantyhose for a fan belt in your car, a bit of fencing wire to fix a fuse on your house, or in the case of this photo, cutting down a power pole to prop up your verandah…
